Late Fall Deep Release: Flow, Roll + Rest
With Heather Friday, 12/13. 5-7pm $25
Come join me on a Friday eve in the bright warm studio to wind down your week...
The flow will be gentle but with strong intent to unravel, release + rinse. All levels will be accommodated. Beginners and newbies warmly welcomed.
After 60 minutes of our gentle flow, we will grab foam rollers and myofascial release balls to squeeze tension and tightness from our shoulders, hips, back and feet for half an hour. Yum. Don't be afraid here~ there are so many different ways to offer this release to the body, even if you are very sensitive to touch, let's play to find ways to self soothe.
We will then melt into 30 minutes of guided meditation in savasana~ just guided long enough to drop us in, than plenty of quiet to see where we go.
Come with food mostly digested~ plan to eat well before or after class.
As always, tea + chocolate shared after our time on the mat. These offerings always feel like such a special way to start over right where we are. Come as you are.
1 sliding scale and 1 work/trade space available. Please email or call to inquire:)

The ancient yogis teach us that "through sound we are liberated!" The Gong Bath is a timeless sacred offering to incite transformation healing, and the blessings of Divine intervention. The powerful sound vibrations tune and raise our energetic signature and conscious awareness. The busy mind cannot resist the sound of the Gong and quiets, as we take a deep dip into Gong's therapeutic harmonics.
Saha guides us in a gentle Kundalini Yoga warm up and Pranayama (breathing exercises) to prepare for the healing harmonics of the Gong Bath Meditation. The mantra for this meditation is the sound of the gong. As you listen to the gong's sound, it will penetrate every cell and fiber of your body; emotions and thoughts are provoked from the subconscious and the entire nervous system adjusts and balances to heal. As the sound builds, totally relax in the deepest meditation possible. Surrender the mind and body. The sound will carry you beyond all fears to feel rejuvenated, grounded, mindful and radiant!
Be prepared for a restorative experience! Bring any of your favorite meditation blankets/pillows/eye pillows~ but know that you can also borrow any of our props that you might love for a sublime experience.
These events book full! Early registration encouraged! We love you. May all beings be happy + free.
please join us for an afternoon to welcome back the light. it's been a long fall already~ with plenty more upheaval to come! But for now, let us remember why it's worth all the effort.
