There are many reasons to practice yoga 1 on 1 or in a small (3 or less) group setting: alignment focus, personalizing a routine for any number of reasons (including injury, trauma, goals, etc), or simply to explore the practice in a more intimate way. Many say this is the way yoga was traditionally taught.
Private yoga sessions are great for beginners to get a feel for what a class might look like, as well as for those with a little or a lot of experience ready to dive in to asana, pranayama or dharma in a more personal way.
Private sessions can be an opportunity to address specific health concerns and questions you have, and focus solely on those issues without distraction. Perhaps you have questions from your time in group class that you would like some time to spend looking at. Private Sessions are the perfect place to dig in!
Small group sessions can be an enjoyable time for friends or family to relax and build strength and flexibility together.
Private Sessions are 50 minutes in length and can include a voice recording of the session. A single session is $50, a group of 3 sessions if $140.00.
Private and Small Group Sessions take place in the safe and cozy studio, and need to be scheduled outside of normal class time.
