First time to class? We are so happy to have you!
If you are shopping around for a yoga studio, please enjoy your first class with us for FREE to get a feel for who we are, and taste the way our community enjoys this wonderful practice we are so fortunate to get to partake in. Call or email us to find the best class fit for starting your yoga practice at The Breathing Room.
If you are just enjoying a class as you pass through, please pay for a drop in ($15) either in advance online, or at the desk before class. We love visitors! If you would like help figuring out a good class for you to attend, call or email us!
An online -or otherwise- reservation is NEVER needed to attend class. Please feel free to reach out to us before you attend your first class, OR if you feel confident in the class you have chosen to take, just show up!
Please do give yourself at least 10 minutes prior to class starting to:
1) Fill out your waiver
2) Connect with the teacher
3) Make yourself at home!
Bring your mat if you've got one! If you don't have one, there will always a community mat available for you to use.
The bathroom is clean and spacious, the tea is always on, and there's a space waiting for you!
