Intro to Balakrama (Stepping Into Strength) with Danielle

Balakrama (Stepping into Strength) is the first Shadow Yoga Prelude. It is a dynamic bone-strengthening sequence, which actively engages one’s center, feet, hands, and breath. This 4 week course will introduce the Bala Krama Prelude, and will serve as a basis for learning the Full Practice Format in the Fall. Full Practice Format includes warmups, Prelude, Primary Asana Vinyasa and conclusion work.
Pre-requisite for this course is the Foundations of Shadow Yoga or prior experience with Shadow Yoga Preludes.
