Chaya Yoddha Sanchalanam (“Churning of the Shadow Warrior”) is the second Prelude in the Shadow Yoga system. The spiraling and circular movements in this form cultivate integrated movement of the limbs, graceful coordination, and rhythmic circulation of the vital breath through the body. If new to Shadow Yoga, pre-requisite for this course is the Foundations of Shadow Yoga weekend workshop on January 25 & 26.

I’d like to invite you to join me in the practice of applying Yoga to our daily life. This will be a Level 1-2 style of flow yoga~ focusing on the early morning body waking up with ease + intention. There will be gentle movement to begin, and more vigorous flow as we become more supple.
Being a Mom of 2 almost grown boys my role is constantly evolving. I started my journey teaching Prenatal Yoga 15 years ago after the birth of my younger son. Soon after I began teaching a Yoga flow and Stretchless Stretch class at the Clark County Ymca. I truly enjoy sharing the cathartic practice of Yoga connecting movement with breath. I believe it can change the course of your day and even more the way you approach life. ~Pamela
