Balakrama (Stepping into Strength) is the first Shadow Yoga Prelude. It is a dynamic bone-strengthening sequence, which actively engages one’s center, feet, hands, and breath.
This 4 week course will introduce the Bala Krama Prelude, and will serve as a basis for learning the next two Preludes.
Pre-requisite for this course is the Foundations of Shadow Yoga Intensive Workshop to be held on Sunday, Oct. 6th (link below), or prior experience with Shadow Yoga Preludes.
